How to sheathe panels

Tongue-and-groove panels look great in the interior. They provide good sound insulation, practical and durable. For meter-long grooved panels, prepare a frame made of three wooden slats. Strengthen the lowest of the rails at floor level. After that, using a pencil and tape measure, mark the position of the other rails on the wall. Through the marked points on the wall, draw horizontal lines that will be guides for those rails that will be attached to the wall. By the way, for panel sheathing, you will need welding inverters in Chelyabinsk, you can buy it cheaper.

Drill several holes in the wall for wooden plugs. Fasten the rails with screws. If the wall allows, then you can nail the slats with nails. If the slats are short, then dock them. Tongue-and-groove boards cut exactly to length. The boards are assembled only by hand, while it is necessary to insert the tongue of one of the boards into the groove of the other.            After installing the first of the boards, drive a nail under the tongue at an angle of 45 degrees. Drive the nail head deep with a hammer. Then nail the board to all battens. Further, each subsequent board will hide the mount of the previous one. Hide the upper end and the upper part of the rail by nailing the dido rail there. Attach skirting boards at the bottom.
