Families with many children who are in dire need of housing will be gifted with multi-room Moscow apartments from the state in 2012. The apartments will be formed by connecting several residential areas. The Moscow authorities promised in 2012 to start issuing large apartments for use by large families.
Housing to be issued, especially in that it will be created by merging several apartments. For those families who will not be given such housing in the future, the government is already building comfortable and convenient cottages.
The state has always tried to pay as much attention as possible to families with many children and needy families. Measures to provide effective assistance to Muscovites with many children were included in the Housing program planned by the authorities for 2012-2016.
Already at the design stage of a residential building, several apartments in separate standard houses will be, as they say, “merged together” at once. Representatives of the housing policy department said that at first, according to the plan, about 100 such large apartments will be formed. Such housing will have approximately 150 to 300 m2 of area.
Also, as already mentioned, some large families will receive cottages in their possession. Now they are built 188 pieces. Families will be able to live in them as long as they wait in line for public housing.
